"They will continually increase your fees to see how much they can get you to pay. If you don’t stay on top of it they will rip you off clean. I initially got full coverage for a 2020 Nissan kicks at $140+ per month. After a few months it went up to $198, then I got billed $240+ and was told it was for the renewal of my premium and all kinds of baloney. A month after I paid the $240, I was billed $289. I called and was told it was the premium of insurances in CA is going up. I reminded them I had just paid the $240 and then they said it was for a car accident I had 5yrs ago (the other driver admitted fault). I started paying $289 & now they are charging me $326. I Called to complain that they had increased it yet again and was told it was a “system error”. There is no error, they are just really good at ripping people off."

"I called Vic’s office to review my policy before the renewal, however the girl who answered the phone said that he’s very busy with other customers and has no time to see me.
If I have any question, I should discuss it with her.
I wasn’t sure of her qualifications, so I insisted on meeting with him.
She put me on hold to check with him when I told her that I’ll take my business someplace else.
After all, she scheduled me to see him four days later.
BTW she was a very nice and polite person.
I was very disappointed waiting four days and I decided to take my business some place else.
He called me afterwards, finding all kind of excuses.
PS: Not only that, couple of years ago I just found out that if I have my house bolted to the foundation and certified by a contractor, I could save money.
Being with his agency for so many years I lost quite a bit of money because he didn’t tell me about it."
