"I called Vic’s office to review my policy before the renewal, however the girl who answered the phone said that he’s very busy with other customers and has no time to see me. If I have any question, I should discuss it with her. I wasn’t sure of her qualifications, so I insisted on meeting with him. She put me on hold to check with him when I told her that I’ll take my business someplace else. After all, she scheduled me to see him four days later. BTW she was a very nice and polite person.
